Fun, energizing workouts that combine cardio bursts, beats, and movement with targeted muscle toning.

Total Body Tone uses weights, repetition, and props like bands and light weights to maximize effectiveness and fun.

Cardio Jam, aka dance cardio uses easy to follow dance moves to get your heart rate up and your sweat on.

While most Pink Moon classes offer modifications and are suitable for moms of all stages, we also offer classes specifically tailored for prenatal and postpartum moms and their precrawling minis. These “Bring Your Own Baby” classes let you wear you baby to use them as a weight, or let them nap while you move your body. Feeding, changing , babywearing, rocking, tummy time, and naps all encouraged!

Childcare during class

We offer 1 hour of supervised care in our playroom during most fitness classes. You can reserve your care right through Momence when booking your class!
