  • Baby in Tune

    Fridays May 1-June 5 (1-2PM)

    This 6-week class series will develop your language of play, help you understand your infant’s cues, and teach you how to use music in your routines while connecting with other parents in similar stages.

    Sarah King, LPMT, MT-BC is a pianist, licensed board-certified music therapist, and mom of 2.  She has previously provided in-home 1:1 music therapy services, but is passionate about small group music classes to help connect parents together early in the parenting journey while also encouraging bonding and joy through music.

  • Perinatal Yoga for Pregnant and Postpartum Moms

    Wednesday Evenings (6:30 - 7:20 PM)

    Join Johanna for a supportive yoga class designed for pregnant and postpartum moms who are looking to move, breathe, and feel more connected to their bodies at Pink Moon.

    This class is perinatal-friendly, meaning it is created with the needs of pregnancy and early motherhood in mind. Through gentle movement, breath awareness, stretching, and grounding practices, you’ll be supported in building strength, easing tension, improving rest, and creating space to feel more calm and connected.

    All levels are welcome. No prior yoga experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat and anything that helps you feel comfortable. New moms are welcome to bring their baby if desired.

  • Pink Moon x Vuori : FREE Mother’s Day Perinatal Yoga

    Celebrate Mother’s Day at Vuori Bethesda Row with a gentle prenatal + postpartum yoga class designed for pregnant moms and those in their first year of motherhood. Bring your baby or come as you are.

    After class, all attendees are invited in-store for shopping & refreshments.

    Johanna Olivas is a prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher, meditation guide, and sound healer who creates supportive spaces for new and expecting mothers. She teaches prenatal, postpartum, and BYO Baby yoga at Pink Moon with a grounding approach that helps mothers reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, and rest.

    Join Jennifer Mickel, founder of Third Shift, for a workshop that prepares you practically for the profound transformation of becoming a parent.

    Caring for yourself in this new stage deserves just as much preparation as caring for your baby. We'll discuss the varying demands of the first 12 months, map your support network before you need it, and create a plan for making conscious choices so you can transition to parenthood while preserving your friendships, hobbies, and time just for you.

  • Circle Moms: 4th Trimester Support Circles

    The fourth trimester can feel like a whirlwind of joy, challenges, and everything in between. Circles are a small, supportive group of moms navigating the same stage of early motherhood together — and they’re coming to Pink Moon in early summer.

    Led by an experienced postpartum doula and rotating subject-matter experts, each session in the 5-6 week circle focuses on a new topic to help new moms navigate the challenges and joys of early motherhood. 

    Whether you’re seeking advice, friendship, or a space to share your experiences, Pink Moon's postpartum circles will connect you to a village that cares, educates, listens, and uplifts.

  • Moms Feeling Themselves: The Mom Dance Party™

    Pink Moon is thrilled to sponsor The Mom Dance Partypresented by Moms Feelin’ Themselves — making its way to the DMV at Union Stage.

    Founded by two moms (one a mental health professional) in 2022, MFT’s award-winning dance parties are the first in the country designed specifically for moms’ emotional wellness and self-reconnection. Think: catharsis meets community, with Beyonce as a backdrop.

    Come as you are—or come dressed up! Sequins, sneakers, power jumpsuits… whatever makes you feel amazing.

    Join Luna Serenity for a gentle and meaningful Mother’s Day experience honoring mothers. This gathering is for anyone who wants to celebrate the bond they share with a mother, a mother figure, or simply spend the afternoon in reflection, connection, and community.

    This event will include flower crowns, bracelets, gentle movement, yoga nidra, connection, and curated pop ups from Violet Red Studio and Basics and Blooms.

    Step into your full power and embrace the freedom of movement and self-expression. Join professional choreographer Bryan Stopak for an empowering, high-energy, and sensual experience designed to boost confidence and build body awareness focused on self-love and fun.

  • Body + Balance: Moving Through Tension

    Sunday, May 17th (10am - 12pm)

    A strength + mental wellness experience exploring tension in the body and mind.

    Designed for women who hold a lot, Body + Balance invites you to move through tension instead of avoiding it. Begin with guided intention setting, then flow into a Powerhaus strength workout focused on slower tempo, control, and presence.

    Afterward, transition into a grounded mental wellness session with Kai Wellness Collective, using reflection and nervous system-informed practices to explore how you carry stress. This is where strength meets softness and you learn to hold both.

    Spend the remainder of your time rotating through three breakout sessions, where you can join a mini yoga class, participate in a community art therapy activity, connect with our professionals, or simply relax, enjoy the treats, and mingle with other moms.

  • Kiddie Dance & Movement (ages 3-5)

    Last Class!

    Let your little one find their joy with Miss Nikki, former preschool and dance teacher of 10 years. She'll help build your little one's confidence, balance, and gross motor skills through fun dances, stretches, jumps, turns, stories, and music.

    Parents are welcome to relax in the lounge or join their own fitness class in the Studio while their children practice in the Playroom.

  • Mom & Mini Morning at Pink Moon

    Saturday, May 9 (10 AM-12 PM)

    Join us for a thoughtfully curated morning at Pink Moon, designed to celebrate moms with a little bit of magic and a lot of fun. This special edition of our character playdate series features a mom & mini Cinderella experience, paired with elevated touches for both moms and little ones. Enjoy a whimsical morning with a visit from Cinderella and a special take home craft. After the playdate, stick around for some fun in the playroom plus a sponsored soft play and indoor game setup by Babyquip Provider Talia DMV, a parfait bar by Nude Granola, and a mini bouquet for every mom from Goodness & Wellness Designs. We'll also offer pop-up activations for purchase, including candle decorating by Serenity Scents by Catherine, custom monogramming by Boll & Branch, and tee shirt decorating by Jackalo. Booking is per family, but please list the ages of your children when you register. Members can book with 1 class credit.   • Spring Sensory Play & Connect

    Fridays, May 15-June 6 (10:30-11:30AM)

    In this hands-on sensory play class for children 4 & under, children will explore spring-themed sensory stations filled with colors, textures, and imaginative play designed to spark creativity and build fine motor skills.

    The class begins with a short guided activity, followed by open-ended play, ending with a take-home creation.

    Caregivers are encouraged to join in, making this a special time to connect and create without the mess at home.

    Pre-registration is encouraged, but drop-ins are welcome!

    9 AM - 12 PM or 12 PM - 3 PM

    Our GrOH designed playroom is adjacent to the lounge and included for your little one and a caretaker with a lounge drop-in pass (it’s also included in all memberships).

    No long-term commitments, advanced registration, or planning needed. Just drop in from 9AM-12PM or 12-3PM for $10 - whenever it works for you.

    Come as you are, take what you need.
