YOGA

All Levels Flow

  • Vinyasa sequence to great tunes; appropriate for all skill levels.

Power Flow

Yoga Sculpt

  • Simple sequence with cardio and strength bursts to the beat of the music.

Yin Yoga

  • Longer holds to work into connective tissues and release tension in the body.

PILATES

Mat Pilates

  • Low impact, full body workout that combines breathwork, strength, and flexibility. Based on the 34 Classical Pilates Mat exercises designed by Joseph Pilates. May use props to increase the challenge. 

Pilates Sculpt

  • Adds light weights and incorporates props to focus on resistance, control, and precision and work deep into the muscles.

TOTAL BODY TONE

Fun, energizing workout that combines cardio bursts with targeted muscle toning and repetition to maximize effectiveness. May use props like bands, balls, and light weights.

BYOB(aby)

While most Pink Moon classes offer modifications and are suitable for moms of all stages, we also offer classes specifically tailored for pre and postnatal moms and their minis. Feeding, changing diapers, rocking, tummy time, and naps all encouraged!

Mom & Mini Yoga (pre-crawlers, toddlers, or preschoolers)

  • These classes will incorporate little ones into the poses and movements in an age appropriate way, but can also be a great nap or tummy time opportunity for babies while mom moves her body.

  • Pre-crawlers is taught by a certified prenatal yoga teacher and designed for newly postpartum moms.

Babywearing Fitness (ages 0-3) (coming soon)

  • Bring your mini, break a sweat, and enjoy the bond.
