Fun, energizing workouts that combine cardio bursts, beats, and movement with targeted muscle toning.
Total Body Tone uses weights, repetition, and props like bands and light weights to maximize effectiveness and fun.

While most Pink Moon classes offer modifications and are suitable for moms of all stages, we also offer classes specifically tailored for prenatal and postpartum moms and their precrawling minis. These “Bring Your Own Baby” classes let you wear you baby to use them as a weight, or let them nap while you move your body. Feeding, changing , babywearing, rocking, tummy time, and naps all encouraged!
Kid Friendly
In addition to our daily supervised Playcare, we also partner with amazing local businesses to offer special pop ups, workshops, and classes so that kids can explore, create, and build strength either alongside their moms, or independently while their moms get a moment to themselves.
