PILATES
Mat Pilates
Low impact, full body workout that combines breathwork, strength, and flexibility. Based on the 34 Classical Pilates Mat exercises designed by Joseph Pilates. May use props to increase the challenge.
Pilates Sculpt
Adds light weights and incorporates props to focus on resistance, control, and precision and work deep into the muscles.
TOTAL BODY TONE & CARDIO JAM
Fun, energizing workouts that combine cardio bursts, beats, and movement with targeted muscle toning.
Total Body Tone adds weights, repetition, and props like bands and light weights to maximize effectiveness and fun.
Cardio Jam adds easy to follow dance moves and to get your heartrate up and your sweat on.

While most Pink Moon classes offer modifications and are suitable for moms of all stages, we also offer classes specifically tailored for pre and postpartum moms and their precrawling minis. Feeding, changing , babywearing, rocking, tummy time, and naps all encouraged!
Kid Friendly
Every Saturday Pink Moon offers family friendly classes throughout the morning. Broken down by particular ages (e.g., toddler, preschooler, big kids), our classes offer a way for parents to connect with their little ones, and then connect with other parents while their kids enjoy open play in our playroom.
In addition to our own Playcare and mini camps, we also partner with amazing local businesses to offer special pop ups, workshops, and classes so that kids can explore, create, and build strength independently while moms get a moment to themselves.
