We offer weekday group fitness classes, including options to Bring Your Own Baby. We also rent the studio out for classes, camps, series, workshops, celebrations, photo shoots, etc.
coworking lounge
Our open, light-filled lounge lets you focus, connect, or reset in a beautiful and comfortable space. Lounge access includes zoom/small meeting room access, Nespresso coffee and tea, and use of our adjacent playroom (caretaker supervision required).
During the summer, book AM (9AM-12PM) or PM (12-3PM) - for just $10.
We also rent the lounge for celebrations and gatherings of all kinds, and our Small Meeting Room is perfect for wellness offerings, mental health practitioners, client meetings, podcasts, and small group meetings.
playroom
Our GrOH designed playroom is adjacent to the lounge and included for your little one and a caretaker with a lounge booking.
No long-term commitments or planning needed. For the rest of the summer, come by from 9AM-12PM or 12-3PM for just $10.
We also rent the playroom for private play groups, child programming, community pop ups, and occupational therapy.
